Recruiting is a unique business in that to be effective, recruitment companies have to provide ongoing authority to a large number of staff, to make financial and other commitments on behalf of that business. Sometimes these staff will be in many different locations.

Mining People uses as its guiding principles, certain human standards, that while appearing simple, are often overlooked by people in commercial pursuits. Those principles have been recently drafted into a concise form, which we know as the "MPi Promise". We feel it is the cornerstone of our culture and our best attempt to measure how well we act in front of all our customers and candidates.

We would appreciate any feedback if you observe us not keeping the MPi Promise.

Direct your feedback to:
promise@miningpeople.com.au or to any of our consulting, administration or support team.

Regards

The Support Team

We will respond to every person, every time they register with us.

We will advise candidates every time prior to putting their name forward to a client.

We will always keep clients updated with progress, whether we are having success or not.

We will always advise candidates of their success or not. They will not be left "wondering".

If we place a person with a client, we will not approach that person ever again, until that person has advised us of their interest to move on.

We will be up-front with details, rates, hours etc. We will not misrepresent any job, and detail nor any communication with any candidate, any employee or any client and we will honour all commitment that we make.

If we make a mistake, we will admit it personally and fix it.

We believe that we have 3 groups of customers - our clients, our candidates and our employees - both temporary and permanent. They are all people and we will treat them the same, applying the principles of our "promise" to all groups equally.
