You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and overseeing site entry requirements
- Carrying out day to day site administrative and office duties
- Organisation of site personnel, including inductions, police clearances and general administrative needs
- Filing and record keeping requirements
- Reporting and data entry.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Experience with an ERP system - preferably Pronto
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mining administration experience (preferably site based)
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong administration skills with references to support this.
