We are working with a global mining organisation to assist them with their talent resourcing for their mining operations. This starts with you.

If you are a senior recruitment professional within the mining and resources industry this is your opportunity to be part of a renowned global mining services business.

You will be leading a team of highly skilled professionals that provides talent acquisition and mobilisation into the following areas:

• Maintenance and mining operations
• Logistics and procurement
• Mining Engineers and professional technical
• Human Resources and OHS.

About you:

• Have 5 plus years’ experience in end to end recruitment across multiple disciplines and levels
• Your success and previous experience will be evident in leading successful recruitment teams
• A natural affinity to plan, organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Building a talent pipeline for future roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration is critical for this role.
