- Kalgoorlie town based (not FIFO)
- $32.00 - $38.00 p/hr based on experience
We are looking for an office all rounder and customer service super star!
Working within a friendly team out of a central Kalgoorlie location you will be responsible for:
- Daily recording of employee movements
- End of month reporting
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Communication with clients, customers and employees.
- Assisting with payroll duties
- Data entry.
- Hold intermediate Excel experience
- Have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Hold experience with an ERP system such as SAP and MYOB is preferred
- Have minimum 1 - 2 years experience within an administration role
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical including a drug/alcohol screen.
