Service Administrator

  • Monday to Friday
  • Kalgoorlie town based (not FIFO)
  • $32.00 - $38.00 p/hr based on experience
About the role 
We are looking for an office all rounder and customer service super star!
Working within a friendly team out of a central Kalgoorlie location you will be responsible for:
 
  • Daily recording of employee movements  
  • End of month reporting 
  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Communication with clients, customers and employees. 
  • Assisting with payroll duties
  • Data entry.
To be considered
You will: 
 
  • Hold intermediate Excel experience 
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Hold experience with an ERP system such as SAP and MYOB is preferred
  • Have minimum 1 - 2 years experience within an administration role
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical including a drug/alcohol screen.
Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people who are based in Kalgoorlie who have appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia.
