Riedel Resources is an emerging mineral exploration company focussed on advancing the high-grade Kingman Gold Project in Arizona. The Kingman Project covers an area of historic gold-silver-lead-zinc mines that were in production in the later 1880’s through to early 1940’s. Having had no modern exploration applied since those days, recent drilling has confirmed the high grades historically mined in the area, with results including 3.8m at 98.9gpt gold and 151gpt silver.

Based in a tier 1 jurisdiction, with sealed road, power and local workforce, there are multiple avenues to commercialise an economic orebody, which can organically fund various growth opportunities, from which to direct the longer-term company strategy.   

The position
Working with the highly regarded Chairman, board and in country geology team, you will bring exceptional leadership abilities to drive the company’s exploration efforts and further develop its burgeoning market presence, with an active corporate development approach.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the in-country geology team to execute on exploration plans and deliver substantial resource/reserve growth.
• Assess and analyse commercial opportunities within the region, encompassing complementary exploration tenure, and various processing options – including toll treatment of existing resources.
• Proactively market the company, liaising with brokers, funds and investors to articulate the company’s value and story.  
• Ensuring ASX and government reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. 
• The ability to travel within Australia and to Arizona as required to work with the exploration teams and community relations in these regions.

About you

• Ideally you will be a qualified geologist or mining engineer, however those with a corporate development background and demonstrable ASX experience are certainly encouraged to apply.
• Strong grasp of exploration methods and ability to work with technical teams delivering exploration success.
• Commercial acumen including the ability to distil technical concepts for investors and financiers, including strong presentation creation and execution skills.
