Senior Consultant/Manager - Executive Search

We are now looking to expand our executive search capability and as a result we are looking for an established results driven senior consultant to join our business. You will be tasked with further developing and driving our executive search practice. 
 
The successful candidate may have extensive search experience with senior management/technical recruitment and will ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the Australian mining market. Alternatively, you might be an experienced mining professional that is looking for an alternate career path. 
 
To be successful in this role, you will have the desire and ability to drive the business unit. You will participate in developing and executing the business plan as well as having P&L responsibility for this part of MPi’s business. If you are motivated by delivering high quality work, have a passion for success, a willingness to set goals and stretch yourself personally and professionally and have a good communication style with a sense of humour, then we are very keen to speak with you.
