Senior Underground Mining Engineer

Our client, an established international gold mining company, is seeking to appoint a number of contract Senior Underground Mining Engineers at one of their cornerstone operations in the NE Goldfields.

The mine is a large scale, highly mechanised operation and requires significant input from both a technical planning/scheduling perspective, as well as day to day operational management.

Accordingly, the company is seeking to appoint a
Senior Underground Mine Planning Engineer, and a
Senior Underground Mine Production Engineer.

These are long term contract opportunities upto 6 months with some potential to become permanent for the right person.  Either role will appeal to your desire to play a big role in the ongoing success of this operation.

For both positions, a WA  First Class Managers Certificate of competency is preferred to allow optionality to work as the registered Alternate U/G Manager from time to time.  Similarly, software skills with mine planning and scheduling is required with a strong preference for Deswick applications.

Attractive day rates will be negotiated to secure your services.

The roles are available immediately, subject to the normal pre-employment medicals and NPC clearance.
