Office Administrator / Receptionist

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 25 hours per week (school hours available)
  • Permanent part time position
  • Office based in West Perth

As we move in to our 28th year of business, we are seeking an Administration superstar to join our team in our West Perth office on a permanent part-time basis. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role will be perfect for anyone looking for school hours work, looking to return to the workforce, or looking for a role that fits with an excellent work-life balance.

Key duties of the role will include:
  • Reception and phone coverage
  • Assist MPI to identify, establish, improve, and maintain administrative processes. 
  • Aid relief to Executive Assistant when on leave.  
  • Administration tasks including online content and CRM tasks. 
  • Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering. 
  • Maintain accurate financial records including petty cash, expenditure, reconciliations, and requests for reimbursement. 
  • Ordering of office supplies of consumables, such as stationary, printer, and kitchen supplies.

To be considered:

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision. 
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
