We recently asked our readers what their top motivators are when looking for a new job. The results were interesting, with salary playing a smaller role than many people would expect.
We want to follow that up with a simpler question about people’s satisfaction with their general level of pay. In asking this question, we’re making the assumption anyone who says they’re not happy with their pay is indicating they are underpaid, rather than overpaid.
