The Role:
This is a unique strategic opportunity to join the next phase of our three-year strategic growth plan. In this newly created position, you will be the rainmaker and take P&L responsibility for building our civil team specifically targeting mining civil works. The role offers flexibility to the successful candidate to make the business unit their own.
  • Build and drive the business unit, with a team of professional consultants supporting you.
  • Be the rainmaker - Develop new business & and grow existing opportunities.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder networks and communities.  
  • Bring leadership - Overall P&L responsibility for this business unit of MPI’s.
About You: 
Having already built a name and positive reputation, it is likely our successfully candidate will come from a Business Development background across Civils – Mining and or Heavy Industry. Our targets and existing clientele cross over between traditional civil infrastructure projects & mining related civil projects (Haul roads, camp/rail lines/process plant builds etc).

Alternatively, Recruitment Consultants at Senior level, who have an in-depth knowledge of the civil industry (traditional or mining) that are looking to take the next step in their career journey mining.
