Recruitment Team Leader | Blue Collar Mining
With 28 years of operating history, MPI has long established itself as a recognised brand within the recruitment and resources industry. Due to continued growth and support from our clients, we are looking to expand our team in appointing either an experienced recruiter, or recruitment leader looking to take the next step in their career and join our high-volume Blue-Collar Workforce Team.
We have exciting and significant growth plans, clearly mapped out over the next 1-3 years, and we are looking for people to join our team and grow personally, and professionally, with the business.
This role would suit either an experienced recruiter, or recruitment leader looking to develop ownership of a business unit and drive its overall performance and growth. This part of our business focuses on high-volume blue-collar mining recruitment with several clients engaging MPI on long-term, secured service agreements.
You will need:
- Experience within a similar role with agency recruitment highly regarded.
- A high service-focused mindset and appetite to grow both professionally and personally.
- A genuine appetite to lead and develop a team, own client management whilst driving a high-quality service delivery model.
