Study Manager

On their behalf, MPI seek a Project Manager to support the finalisation of studies, the development of the project's FEED and subsequent construction activities.
The role
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, the role is required to manage, develop and lead the studies and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and all FEED contracts for the delivery and operation of the project.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken safely in accordance with the companies' ESG principles.
- Lead the Project team to deliver the FEED within project budget and timelines.
- Lead the procurement and contracting process.
- Manage studies targeting capital and operating improvements to the project.
- Develop the project execution plan, lead recruitment process for project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project progress updates for the board in conjunction with ASX announcements.
To support the project team, both domestically and internationally, you must possess an adaptable approach to work with astute time management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (civil/electrical/mechanical/process).
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in senior leadership positions with extensive exposure to project management and design of significant metalliferous projects.
- Exposure to design and construction of hydrometallurgical refineries would be highly regarded
- Expatriate experience will be highly regarded.
