About the role:
This position is based on a gold processing plant and will require repair of onsite mechanical equipment and systems. With production being driven by high grade resources, this organisation is poised for their next stage of growth.
Led by a highly regarded management team, you will have the chance to develop under their guidance. Working on an 8/6 roster, the role is offered as an ongoing role, in a temp to perm capacity.
The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter - or relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Driver's License (c Class, manual car)
- Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter in the mining industry for fixed plant (including gold processing plant)
- Ability to pass full medical and drug and alcohol screens
- Excellent rotating equipment maintenance experience
- Understanding of WA mines safety and Inspection Act and Regulations
- Proven commitment to safety
