Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities within the mining industry? Join our team in Kalgoorlie as a Supply Officer and contribute to achieving budgeted maintenance targets while maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency.
We are currently seeking two Supply Officers to support our residential team in Kalgoorlie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist maintenance trades personnel in executing preventative maintenance activities by ensuring:
  • Sound parts supply, identification, and ordering processes.
  • Effective tool store management and compliance.
  • Accurate consumable inventory control processes.
  • Report all safety and environmental hazards, incidents, and delays to parts supply promptly to the mobile maintenance shift Supervisor.
  • Ensure efficient operation of mobile workshop through reliable maintenance knowledge and practical application.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all work areas including stores, warehouses, tool stores, and staging areas.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid C Class WA driver's licence.
  • Parts systems knowledge of Komatsu, Cat, and Sandvik (desirable).
  • Familiarity with SAP and AMT or maintenance planning systems (preferred).
  • Forklift tickets (Essential).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of tooling compliance practices in a mechanical workshop (highly desirable).
  • Must be a KALGOORLIE RESIDENT
  • Must be able to pass a Medical and Drug test
