Process Supervisor

About the role:
Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring that the plant runs in an efficient and reliable manner whilst minimising down-time.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Allocation of tasks to various personnel
- Training, coaching, and mentoring of Process Operators
- Contribute to daily production meetings and pre/post shutdown reviews.
- Conduct all tasks in a safe manner.
- Have previous experience as a Shift Supervisor in a gold processing plant.
- Have a manual C class drivers' licence (essential)
- Hold Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates.
- Be able to pass all pre-employment medical requirements, including drug/alcohol screens.
- Current NPC or be willing to obtain one.
- Have an exceptionally high standard for safety.
