As we work on behalf of mining companies to find staff for them, we don't usually sponsor people from overseas - the mining company will do this. We will sometimes advise them of the process to follow.
It is important to note that even though there is a lot of talk at the moment about the shortage of skilled staff in Australia, the immigration laws in Australia are stringent and Australian mining companies are unable to employ staff from overseas unless the person has skills that are in short supply or very difficult to find in Australia.
