A position has become available for an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor with a leading global gold producer, providing invaluable guidance, support, and mentorship to Supervisors/Line Managers on matters related to employee relations, performance improvement, and policy implementation.
This contract position offers a FIFO 4/3 roster from Perth, providing coverage for a duration of 3 months. Enjoy attractive rates along with Super on all hours worked.

About the Role:
  • Offer guidance, assistance, and mentoring to Supervisors/Line Managers concerning employee relations, performance enhancement, and policy matters.
  • Execute pivotal HR initiatives and strategies, ensuring transparent communication and comprehensive support.
  • Play a role in devising and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compile presentations, monthly, and quarterly reports, and financial data by gathering and analysing information, ensuring its accuracy and reliability prior to dissemination.
  • Uphold a strong HR presence at the site, being accessible to employees to ensure the delivery of seamless HR services and timely resolution of general inquiries.
  • Engage actively in various professional networking platforms, cultivating collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development, assessment, and execution of HR procedures and systems at the site to ensure alignment within the HR function, monitoring compliance with legislation.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a mining or resources fly-in fly-out site environment is essential.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a Senior HR Generalist capacity.
  • Proficiency in establishing productive and respectful relationships with leaders and staff across all organisational levels.
  • Possession of a current WA Manual Drivers Licence.
